Policies And Regulations
A deposit along with a signed Event Space Agreement and Contract is required to reserve the event date and time. All balances must be payable to the Brightway Heritage Global Concept Ltd 14 days in advance of the event/at time of the event. No deposit refunds will be issued if canceled within 14 days of the event. BHEC is not responsible for lost, damages or stolen equipment or objects left on the premises.

Note:
- Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the events.
- Caution/damage fee of N50,000 must be paid which is refundable if there are no damages.
- Every events closes by 6pm excepts prior arrangement has been made by the renter.
- There will be N75,000 per hour charge for additional hour request.
- Cancellation policy for hall is two weeks to the events.
- 70% deposit is required to guarantee hall reservation.
- Hall Event cancelation policy with Forfeiture of 20% of initial deposit
- Event date could be differed for future use with 2 weeks notice.
- One set is equivalent to one 8-foot table and 10 chairs. BHEC has up to 65 tables and 601 chairs, 60 sets total available.
- The Brightway Hall and Event Center is a mission focused organisation and reserve the right to deny and Renter who doesn’t align with that mission.
